About me
Hey, I'm Charly!
I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. First entering the industry as a competitive body building athlete, I spent 6 years travelling the world and representing the UK at the highest amateur levels.
Since then, I have spent several years working both face to face and online with hundreds of clients, with varying goals, as well as transitioning in my own life into a healthful place of balance out of the other side of bodybuilding.
I am keen to consistently be the best coach I can be for my clients and future clients, ensuring my relevant knowledge is up to date and of the highest standard.
I am a Certified Nutritionist, and Student CBT Practitioner, ensuring I have a breadth of consistently evolving skills in order to further support my clients on a behavioural and psychological level to change their habits and improve their lives for good.
Who I work with:
I help people who feel like they've tried everything, to achieve results and build a healthy life that they can sustain for good, without sacrificing their relationship with food or body image.
I also help women who have suffered through diet culture, or extreme diets such as bodybuilding prep, to reclaim their relationship with food and their bodies, and create a flourishing, healthful life.
In short, I support women to build better relationships with their bodies, food, goals, and overcome disordered eating habits for good.
